Most MLM Training is NOT Enough or RIGHT

Now as you may also be aware, not all MLM trainings are the same. They differ in quality and they differ in real-world effectiveness.

Some MLM training sites on the Internet are very good. They offer useful, pertinent, and potentially effective training tips and techniques for those seeking this type of information.

But some of these MLM training sites that one can come across on the Net are so new age with their MLM training advice that they're almost stupid. And laughable.

Now, I know that it may not seem like this at first because some of that website copy looks so good and the person sounds so convincing about the MLM type training they're offering you. After reading it you almost feel compelled to buy their new product or mind-bending audio tape just so that you'll be able to get the results they promise.

And it's a shame when MLM newbies and floundering MLMers, who usually don't know any better end up at these sites and blindly believe what they're being told about what constitutes good MLM type training.

Now I'm not blaming or pointing fingers because that's unproductive... what I am saying is that most beginning MLMers want their deal to work so badly that they'll just about do anything to get it to work.

Beginning MLMers will buy whatever training stuff they come across then cross their fingers and hope that it does for them what they were promised.

But most times that isn't the end result.

So...

What does all this multilevel marketing training stuff boil down to?

You get the picture.

Now, getting back on track...

You should know, if it hasn't already happened, that you'll be bombarded by statements from your upline or your impending upline that you just must get yourself some proper training about MLM.

If they're a newer upline in your deal they're going to recommend that you go the usual training routes that their upline promotes and if they're a more seasoned upline then they're going to say that you just might profit from buying their ebook or e-program, or online e-deal that they're a rep for.

This is all pretty standard stuff. So don't sweat it.

But this can all go awry when it comes to the types of MLM training that are being promoted to mostly newbie MLMers. These are the folks who will most blindly accept and follow whatever MLM training their upline says they should be doing.

They'll go to the MLM seminars... and spend money doing that.

They'll buy the MLM ebooks... and spend money doing that.

They'll get the online MLM training tapes specials... and spend money doing that.

They'll join that new fangled Internet leads deal to get their training spiel on dealing with leads... and spend money doing that.

But is any of this the type of training that they really need to be successful in MLM? Is any of it what a person should have knowledge of in order to get to where they want to with all this MLM training stuff?

I think not. Generally.

And, as usual, I'll explain...

You see, there are SOOOO many MLM sites out there on the Net. Thousands of them. Some of them do contain good information. But many don't.

So just how does a newbie MLMer find that good training information? That's a good question.

And...

They usually will only find out the effectiveness of some MLM training after they've spent the money on the MLM training stuff and then they'll most likely find out that the stuff doesn't work after all.

You see...

• Most newer MLMers are told that they need to go to the local conferences their MLM deal promotes
• Most newer MLMers are told they need to go to the evening MLM meetings and the local weekend MLM training sessions
• Most newer MLMers are told to buy certain MLM training books
• Most newer MLMers are told that certain audio and video MLM training tape sets are what they need to learn from
• Most newer MLMers are told that they need to get MLM training and learn everything about the products or services they're representing
• Most newer MLMers are now even going to be told that they have to learn certain specific online MLM techniques in order to be a success in MLM

Now this is all fairly typical as far as most newbie MLM training goes. And as you can see, it does get rather expensive from the start. And most beginning MLMers or floundering MLMers just don't have that type of money to spend on MLM training without even getting an immediate return on their money spent.

So what can one do about this? Well...

...One can realize that there are certain teachings and MLM training information that are more effective than others.

One can know that one does not have to spend $497 for a small tape set or $97 for an e-book in order to learn this business.

One can learn where to go to learn how to do MLM and where to go to get the proper MLM training.

You see, stick with the tried and true MLM experts. Stick with the experts who offer generic training.

Stick with the experts who have proven over and over and over again that they know what they're doing and that they continue to come out with new products that are geared towards the struggling MLMers.

MLM training is no different than in any other industry. It's just of a different nature.

An MLM wannabe has to get trained, now listen...

I'll explain.

You see, not everyone is cut out for MLM. So if a person gets the proper MLM training upfront then that person will know if this is the type of stuff that she wants to do or is cut out to do.

Essentially, the MLM training will sort out the 'doers' from the 'talkers.'

The doers will say "Sure I can make phone calls or send out emails." The talkers won't.

The doers will say "Yes I can share my deal with others in this fashion." The talkers won't.

The doers will be willing to continuously learn new stuff. The talkers won't.

And exposure to good MLM type training will do this separation automatically because it will show who is willing to learn more from the MLM training and who isn't willing to learn.

Let's continue to the next point.

Now, as for the 'becoming the right type of MLMer' stuff I mentioned above... a person can't really change who they are to do this business. I don't care what anyone else says... you can't change your-self.

You may be able to change behaviors.

You may be able to change what you do.

But you cannot directly work on changing you and expect it to work.

But let me tell you what a person can change.

You can (only) change how you react to what happens to you. And THAT is the MLM training you need that will make all the difference in your MLM business.

Think about this. Give it good thought...

• change how you react to a perceived negative situation and you won't always get blown out of the water for a few days or a few weeks or forever, when someone says 'no' to you about listening to your spiel about your MLM deal.
• change your knowledge of how human nature operates and you won't have expectations as to how people are supposed to be when hearing about your MLM business. And when they swear at you and slam the phone down as you're talking to them about your deal.
• change your perception about fear and this whole erroneous new age 'motivation' stuff and you'll forever realize that doing what you need to do has nothing to do with creating a feeling of 'burning desire' inside you.
• change your awareness of what goes on inside you and you'll forever know that what other people do and don't do has nothing to do with you. You'll be able to do what you need to do without fearing or worrying about the end results.

Your MLM business will be forever positively impacted.

You see, doing MLM all comes down to being a person who knows what it takes to succeed in MLM and then being willing to do whatever that 'it' is, in spite of the consequences, to make that end result happen.

MLM is work.

It's easy, but it's work.

Having the proper MLM training is critical.

Having the proper and experienced MLM trainer is key to being successful..

And being the person who is willing to grow and change inside so that that impacts everything you do on the outer world is also ever so important to making this all work.

Now, I've found that on the Internet there are only a relatively few places that do offer genuine MLM training that works for the masses. And with these places you have to be up for learning about some good MLM training that is either generic and very polished training that will help you e-succeed or is tell-it-like-it-is and no-fooling-around type of MLM training.

And as for this personal growing stuff, are you the type of person who is willing to have an open mind and delve into something before making a determination as to how it may affect your MLM business?

Are you open to finding out information that is not new age garbage and yet is so uncommon amongst more traveled MLM training paths that you can stick it out to find out what it's all about? And perhaps find out that it perhaps just may be able to do the 'change's I spoke about earlier?
