'Do You Want It Before You Die?'

A quick MLM training tip: Everybody says they want more money, but the people you'll team with need to know that wanting something is only the first step. DOING something about that wanting is what matters and gets a person to what they want.

But let me back up and start from the beginning.

You're not going to find a stunning $100,000 corporate website here or a "Welcome to my site…" bio or a "Thanks for visiting my website… blah, blah, blah" self-flattering website either.

You're also not going to be finding anywhere on this site any mention of a 'fantastic' product, 'incredible' infinity bonus program, a 'generous' compensation plan, or how 'anyone' can do this.

At this site I do things kind of differently. What I'll be doing below is share some MLM training about some of the things I've learned during my more than five years of doing MLM (aka Network Marketing).

Why?...

Because I know this is a business and I know that if you're serious about building a business in MLM you're going to need to take it very seriously (even while having fun doing it). And you're going to need some truthful 'sink-your-teeth-into' MLM training kind of information that's based on reality and real results.

Okay. Let's get started with a quick little MLM training / information-sharing session...

MLM Training Tip #1
You need to make sure you do things right and truthfully when it comes to sharing the nitty-gritty details with those people you want to join your deal with you. And why do that? Because you can save everyone unnecessary grief and embarrassment because this business isn't for everybody.

Look...

Whatever you do - do NOT mislead people like others in this industry might have or will. Shoot straight and give folks the real deal here.

Almost all other's are plugging their deal with "anyone can do this" and "no selling required, no talking to people required, no this, no that… just sit back and wait for the money to flow in".

Don't do that.

The people you select to work with you shouldn't be bribed with how little they can get away with. Why? Because they should be willing to commit time, money and effort now and treat this for what it is… a serious home-based business venture.

Not a home-based hobby.

MLM Training Tip #2
The people who join with you should be like-minded people. What do I mean by that?

Well, understand that if you're to build yourself a secure, walk-away residual income then you need to be in business with other folks who view this the same way.

So, you shouldn't be looking for just anybody with warm skin, a pulse, breath warm enough to fog a mirror, and a few dollars in their pocket to buy product with.

MLM Training Tip #3
Everyone else says you need to build your business by pounding your life-long friends, closest family members, and long-time neighbors and do whatever you can to convince them that their lives will go nowhere unless they join your business opportunity.

You need to know that this so-called business-building tactic isn't necessary in today's environment. In fact...

...you shouldn't cater to anyone you have to push across the starting line and you should have zero tolerance for people who are living their life like a walking zombie.

Other programs tell you to talk to everyone you meet on a daily basis and that there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do this with at least several dozen people every day with the ol' '3-foot rule'. The people you allow to join with you need to know that by doing this, they will cross paths with many people who have negative opinions, and who have the 'been there, done that, tried-it-for-a-while-and-it-didn't-work-so-you're-stupid-for-trying-that' attitude.

Your people will need to know that these negative creatures are only barriers to be stepped around as all of you progress on your path towards success.

MLM Training Tip #4
Some other people might want you to believe that success in this business can occur by spending 5-7 hours a week working your program. You should know that this just isn't enough to cut it. Why? Well...

...The people who are successful in this business are mission-oriented, wholeheartedly committed, and dedicated to 'the cause' almost to the point of being 'evangelical'. And why is that?

Because they're so focused on their wants in life, they don't dilly-dally or allow daily life challenges to waver them from what they truly see themselves having and taking from all life has to offer.

MLM leaders are the people in life who refuse to quit or give-up.

No matter what.

Because they're 100% fed up with living an average, ordinary life and just getting by in life, your main players will be willing to sacrifice now to ensure hope for a better future for themselves and those they love. With this in mind, they'll hang on tight onto something that they want without letting go… kinda like a 'dog with a bone' (or a steel beam).

MLM Training Tip #5
Other deals will have you believe that you don't have to change who you are so as to be successful in this field. I'll tell you right now that success in this business calls for an entire attitude tune-up and possibly a complete overhaul and rebuild from the ground up. People will join business with you and because of you -- not because of a pay plan, a cutesy product, or a 'you're in the right place at the right time' kinda deal.

In fact, because your key people won't hide from change they'll be willing to seek out new things to do to promote their business efforts. They'll be open to having changes occur in their life. They'll go looking for ways to upheave the comfort zone in their lives because they know that's the only way to truly change for the better.

Your select members should work daily and constantly on their self-development through listening to audio tapes and reading on topics such as personal development, success, achievement, and so on. Because of this, your doers will stay consumed with the belief in their personal ability to control their future and outcome by taking responsibility for their current life activities and how much or how little they do on a daily basis.

Bottom line...

...The people who join your team must be willing to do what it takes, whatever 'it' might be, to make things happen the way they see them happening. In other words...

...they just DO IT.

MLM Training Tip #6
I know there are so many deals out there that prey on people's something-for-nothing mentality with the notion that it only takes a couple of bucks investment to get the five-figure checks to come rolling in. Truly serious leaders know that this is a genuine business that they're running out of their home and to think that they can run it with absolutely no overhead is absurd.

Genuine players are not mislead by anyone as far as what it takes to get this business going and keep it proceeding at a fast pace. They understand the three key ingredients to success with this business are time, effort, and money. They know that to succeed, a person doesn't need all three to make this work (although that would help), but at least any two of these things are necessary.

Your people need to be taught that when they are first starting out in their business, money has to be part of the equation. Not a lot of money, but enough to qualify them to earn an income and to build a business. Why?

...Because your team members need to be truthfully educated on the fact of needing a high level of activity when first starting in this business to generate even the smallest results. And that generating that activity takes some green to keep it moving.

So, to finish...
