MLM Pay Plans - the Binary Works GREAT...

...IF one knows HOW binary MLM pay plans REALLY work and what it takes to get PAID. Binaries are NOT easy. But this MLM pay plan WORKS for those with proper knowledge and insights.

Binaries are about the most exciting of all MLM payplans. Why? Because of the potential huge payout on one of these puppies.

At first these pay plans seem fairly simple but in actuality they do have some subtle nuances that could get a person tied up in a way they'd rather not be tied up in.

I'll explain in a bit.

But first I'd like to detail some aspects of binary MLM pay plans that you may not be aware of.

In case you didn't already know, binary MLM pay plans are called binaries because they work with two's. Two frontline. Get two who get two. Two sides. And so on.

The biggest 'two' binary MLM pay plans deal with is you have two sides to your organization. A left side and a right side. Now, it doesn't matter what these sides are being called by some binary MLM pay plans.

No matter how you slice it or call it... binary MLM pay plans only allow every person in them to have only two people frontline to them. In that way the person's organization is forced to grow into a left side and a right side.

Binary MLM pay plans really look like a pyramid when they're filled out. (But this isn't where the pyramid scheme stuff started from.mlm-pay-plan-binary-i1)

Binary MLM pay plans are relatively new to MLM. They've only been around perhaps the last couple of decades, to the best of my understanding.

But that still doesn't make binary MLM pay plans any less lucrative for those who work them correctly.

I'll explain.

A binary MLM pay plan has two sides because a person is only allowed to have two people on their first level beneath them. And this is the same for their two people and those people's people.

And so on.

...And so on.

Now another aspect of binary MLM pay plans is this concept of every binary having what's called a 'powerleg' in it. This powerleg is the very outside downward line of distributors making up each of the many pyramid shapes in one's organization.

Let me give you an example...

Say you are in the left powerleg of the company's biggest binary group.

You have 188 people in your group so they're all beneath you and your first two people.

Some are on your left side with the remainder on your right side. They are positioned throughout your organization in a varied layered approach but no matter what - you have every position in your outer two sides filled.

Why?

Because this is just the nature of the binary MLM pay plan. The outside two 'legs' are filled up automatically no matter what.

You have two people on your first level, four on your second, eight on your third, and so on...

So the two on your first level, the outside two on your second level and the outside two on your third level, and so on, make up your powerlegs - of which in this example, your left powerleg is part of the binary MLM pay plan company's biggest binary group's powerleg.

Get the picture? Good.mlm-pay-plan-binary-i2

So what happens then? This...

Every person in the left outside side of your pyramid shaped organization benefits from having all the other left outside powerleg people above them. And why is this?

Because all those people above them in this shared outside leg most likely have their two first positions filled on their frontline level so they're automatically forced, by the company, to put their next person on their outside left or right leg.

And when they are forced to put a person on their left powerleg, which is shared with you, that person is placed beneath you and everyone in your left side organization leg.

Essentially these big company heavies are helping build your left outside leg, that's shared with them, since their next people are placed beneath you on your left outside leg.

Again, this leg is referred to as the powerleg since it can go deep power-fully fast and since it's shared by all outside leg distributors.

Now what is this called that is going on here with this MLM pay plan?... That is, this placement of people beneath you in your powerleg shared with those above you?

It's called 'spillover'.

And...

THE Most Powerful Incentive That Companies That Have Binary MLM Pay Plans Use to Get People Involved in Their Company Is They Promote the Aspect of 'Spillover'

Now, I'm going to detail something about spillover that most new MLMer's don't know about.

But first I want to cover some other very important aspects about binary MLM pay plans to better help you understand this particular MLM pay plan.

This MLM pay plan type requires a balancing of the right and left side before payout occurs.

It's either a 50-50 balance where payout occurs only when a certain number of distributors are placed on the left and the right side, say, six on the left and six on the right. This would qualify a person for payout since they have a balanced left and right side.

Other binary MLM pay plans require a one-third / two-thirds split between the two sides.

What that means is that when one side, left- or right-side, has one-third of the distributors required and the other side has the other two-thirds of distributors required for payout, then payout occurs.

Again, using the example above, when a person's binary has four people on one side and eight people on the other side for a total of twelve people, then payout would occur since it's a 1/3 - 2/3 balance.

But in case you didn't know, trying to keep a balance on your right and left sides, with all this powerleg stuff, is virtually useless.

Why?

Because what happens is you just continue to build your non-powerleg side and when you qualify for the continuing payout you'll get paid when you reach each sequential balance point qualifying you for payout (I'll explain this later). This is because your powerleg should have already gone so far down you can't even see the end of it, because it's shared and built with those above you.

I know it sounds kinda confusing - but trust me on this. And don't worry about it with this MLM pay plan. This all works itself out in the end.

Now, another aspect of binary MLM play plans is the payout on the organization one builds.

You see, most companies set up their binary MLM pay plans so that payout occurs when this balance described above is achieved, but only through reaching a certain number of distributors in one's organization.

What I've seen a lot is that a distributor gets paid when she reaches six balanced people in her organization, then a total of 12 balanced and then 24 balanced and then usually 50 people balanced in her binary pay plan group.

And for each of these thresholds the distributor gets paid a small portion of commission based on the volume (I'll explain this later too mlm-pay-plan-binary-i2a) of the people buying products or services in the entire group.

Now, just so you know... some binary MLM pay plan companies pay out this qualifying money whenever and every time a person's organization grows by, say, the balanced increase of 50 people. Continue to get 50 people balanced in your organization and you qualify for another payout of whatever the 50 person payout money is.

Do this all month long and you will get paid for each and every 50 person increase. As long as you balance their placement on your left and right side.

But what some binary MLM pay plan companies do is they don't allow one to carry over into the next month any potential qualifying volume generated on, say, the 35 people you had that could have been counted towards your next group of 50. You lose that volume and the company keeps your money.

Essentially.

You just have to start over building new groups of 50 the following month.

I know it's not really fair that binary MLM pay plan companies do this, but they do it nonetheless. Just so you'd know, it's not too common, but it does still happen. Watch for it.

Now let me just point out that this revolving door payout structure related to binary MLM pay plans is what gets most new folks who join them worked into a total drooling frenzy. Seriously.

Why?

Because all they can see is that group of 50, or 36, or 39 just being reached over and over and over again.

Again.

And again.

And again.

They see themselves reaching their binary MLM pay plan qualifying group number and then qualifying for the maximum payout. And they see themselves doing this almost every day or week and then they see the big numbers of payout really beginning to add up. At least, in their head.mlm-pay-plan-binary-i2b

It's almost addictive. And very emotional too.

And does this success happen for some folks? Yes.

But does this success happen for many? No.

But it does happen.

You see, the binary MLM pay plan is not supposed to be set up to be a recruiting game where people are only joining the binary for the opportunity to make this potentially lucrative payout.

The people joining a binary MLM pay plan have to be joining not for the reason to just make money recruiting folks into their binary group. That's a pyramid scheme and is illegal.

But how many people don't get hypnotized by the money, the potential big money, when it comes to binary MLM pay plans payouts? Not many.

And with government regulatory agencies, it's usually only a matter of time before they catch up with these binary MLM pay plan companies following these wrongful recruiting tactics.

Regardless, I'm a bit off topic.

Sorry.mlm-pay-plan-binary-i3

But, if you want to, feel free to read more about these scams here.

Okay...

Now, I want to delve into something that most people looking into doing binary MLM pay plans don't take the time to look into too deeply. If at all.

And this neglect costs them money and wastes their time because they may not have done a particular binary MLM pay plan if they had known this certain thing earlier on and before joining.

And what is this tidbit of information? It's 'volume to payout ratio'.

Okay, okay... I'll explain. mlm-pay-plan-binary-i4

You see, beyond having a balanced group with your binary MLM pay plan...

Beyond having the qualifying number of people to begin to get paid for your burgeoning group...

You also need a certain volume in your balanced building group so as to qualify for payout.

But where this gets kind of tricky and misleading on behalf of most binary MLM pay plan companies is with the ratio of volume in a person's organization as compared to the payout on that volume.

You see...

Binary MLM Pay Plans Are COMPLICATED to Figure Out. They Are Also Hard to UNDERSTAND for Most Looking at Them. And THIS Causes Problems.

A person can read, usually not too deeply, the fine print on the company's website about percentages of payout for their binary MLM pay plan and this may sound good and well.

But when the numbers for the pay plan are really crunched a person may find out that all is not as appealing as it first sounded.

You see, a company may promote their binary MLM pay plan as having a high payout percentage where they say that when you get the first six people balanced in your organization you get $50 payout. And for the next six you get another $50.

And so on until you get paid out the entire qualifying dollar amount on your entire qualifying pay plan group, say, 50 people.

So, you eventually have 50 people in your group and you got paid $500 total for that group. And you got paid that money because your group had a balanced product volume of 3,750 points per leg.

Now, to the person not looking at this deeply they think this all sounds good. If they can understand it. mlm-pay-plan-binary-i5

"Hmmm... I get paid $500 on 50 people and I can do this as many times as I can every month. 50 means $500. Not bad."

But when this is detailed one may feel misled.

You see, you did get your 50 people.

And you did get paid $500.

And you did get your qualifying balanced volume, say, 3,750 points per side for a total of 7,500 points.

But what most people don't realize, or remember, is that the volume of product sold is not always the retail cost of the product sold.

I know, I'm getting confusing. And you're wondering why this even matters. Right?

I'll explain.

You see, what I'm saying is that a person has to consider the volume on the product in relation to the cost of the product.

And why is this important? Because...

What Most (Binary MLM Pay Plan) Companies Do is They Only Pay On a Certain VOLUME On Each Product. They Do this So They Stay in Business and So You Get PAID. But Usually They Don't Make it Overly FAIR.

Say the company pays out to its distributors a grand total of $60 for $100 of product sold. The volume is 60 (points, bonus volume, volume, etc.) but the retail product cost is $100.

So relating this back to the example above...

A binary MLM pay plan payout volume of 7,500 (3,750 volume per leg/side) would mean that you would have to have almost $12,500 worth of product volume, actual retail product cost, in your organization before you get paid your $500 commission for building your balanced group.

And what does all this mean? Instead of thinking about getting 50 people and making $500 think of getting $500 after retailing $12,500.

And what will this do? This will, hopefully, make you realize that you are actually only making just over four percent payout commission, with this MLM pay plan, for all your and your group's efforts.

In case I lost you somewhere I'll explain this point differently.

  • You get 50 people balanced in your group.

  • This qualifies you for maximum payout on that group. You get $500 for this payout.

  • You also got your balanced and required volume on your group since this is the only way you'd qualify to get paid on volume. And you got 7,500 volume points on your group of 50 people beneath you.

  • The actual product cost that everyone in your group bought/sold/used was about $12,500. In some binary MLM pay plans the cost is actually $14,000 (believe it or not).

So, in this hypothetical example you got 50 people and did $12,500 of product sales and got paid $500 U.S.

Now, after reading about other MLM pay plans I'm sure you'd agree that you might do much better with other MLM pay plans than working your tail off to get 50 people in your group and only get paid about four percent on all your group's efforts.

In fact, I know you would.

But still... most still refuse to see this for the fact that it is.

Why? Because they fall in love with the concept that I alluded to on the matrix MLM pay plan page. And this concept is called 'spillover'.

Now, let me explain this and detail exactly what it is and contrary to most folks beliefs show you how it is not the MLM success answer people think it is.

Let's begin...

Okay, again, we need to start with detailing exactly what spillover is.

Remember I described the instance where you were sharing a side of your binary with another person and all people above you sharing that same leg? And that that shared leg/side was called a powerleg?

Well, that is what allows spillover to occur.

You see, no matter where you are in a binary MLM pay plan you always share a leg with those who are above you. Not all of them - but definitely the person directly above you.

Think about it. It's true.

So what does this sharing mean? It means that because they share a leg with you in their organization you automatically get their people placed beneath you in your shared powerleg with them.

And this occurs because all the positions above you are already filled so the only empty places to put new people joining is beneath you and them.

Now let's imagine that you're in the left powerleg of the triple upline super-duper chocolate diamond of your company. This is the real heavy in your deal. The top banana.

Now this person is at the top of the heap and you happen to be a number of levels down in her powerleg. So you're sharing her outside left leg with her and some of the rest of her hitters.

Now, since your shared left leg with her makes up the outside of your left side of your organization (and accounts for most of its volume generated), your non-shared leg is on the right side of your binary group. This right leg is shared with no one except those beneath you who happen to need it for their right powerleg. This outside leg is built by you and your people.

Now let me ask you... what do you think will happen to the left powerleg you share with the heavy in your company? Do you think it'll go down and build pretty fast with all these hitters above you filling it? That's right. It will.

It'll take on a life of its own. It'll build down faster than you can count.

And that's good for you.

But let me ask you...

In this example, since you're responsible for building down your right side of your binary group to balance out your binary MLM pay plan group - do you think it matters all that much how fast this left powerleg builds?

I mean what does it matter if you can take advantage of this spillover and have your left powerleg built by this heavy and other heavies above you and your left powerleg builds down at an astronomical rate - when you can't even get your right leg to build because nobody you know wants to join your deal?

What does it matter that you have spillover occurring in this shared blockbuster powerleg? I'll tell you what it matters.

It doesn't matter at all.

Why?

Because you still have to balance your two sides before you get paid. Whether it's half or third balancing, you still have to balance and get the numbers in your group.

So let's do an example.

You have now on your left powerleg side approximately 700 people. And on your right powerleg side you have three people.

Your spouse.

Your great Aunt Karen.

And your best friend.

Now, what does this get you?

It gets you paid for your first group of six - whether you have to have a half or a third balance out. You have either three or four counting towards this balance on your left powerleg side and you count either the three or only two of the three on your right powerleg side.

This allows you in this binary MLM pay plan to get that first threshold pay for getting a group of six. Now, what happens next since in actuality you do have an organization of 703?

Nothing.

You don't get any more pay until you bring more people into your organization and place them on your right powerleg side.

Why? Because... now listen...

Because...

The Most Hidden or Overlooked, or Not Revealed Aspect of Binary MLM Pay Plans That ISN'T Revealed to the Masses is That Spillover Only Occurs into Powerlegs and NOWHERE ELSE

At least I haven't heard of it occurring elsewhere.

So all these heavy hitters above you are only having their new recruits being placed in your left powerleg that is shared with them.

Not in your left side outside of your powerleg.

Not in your right powerleg.

Not in your right side outside of your powerleg.

Nowhere else.

And they have no control over this because it is all usually done automatically by the company and special software they have to figure out this powerleg placement stuff.

So, since these new recruits of their's most likely aren't getting placed in your right side of your organization how does this right side get built?

By you.

You can't join, sit back, relax and expect the big buck checks to come rolling in because your binary MLM pay plan has 'spillover'. You have to actually get people to join with you and then place them on your right side of your binary.

Because in most cases you'll only get asked by the company "left side or right side" when you call them to sign up that new distributor. And you would say "right side placement please".

So in the long roundabout way to get to this point - what would it matter that you have this spillover occurring if you're not able to recruit anybody into your MLM deal?...

You wouldn't make any money because you need organizational balance.

You wouldn't benefit anything then.

You'd eventually quit. And that's what most do.

They get entranced with this binary MLM pay plans spillover stuff.

They imagine themselves as having found the easy way to MLM riches.

They join.

They talk to a few people they know and maybe get a couple of small paychecks.

And then it all cools down as far as the growth goes.

And eventually they get tired of shelling out good money for products or services every month and they quit. Very typical.

So to sum up... I hope with the information and insights that I've shared with you above that this doesn't happen to you now.

At least if you now join or are in a binary MLM pay plan you now know what the real deal is going down and aren't going into it or doing it blind. You're informed and you know more than the vast majority of people who do join these binary MLM pay plans.

Remember, by doing your research and learning all you can about the differing MLM pay plans you can get more informed without first getting beat up out in the real world of MLM and MLM pay plans.mlm-pay-plan-binary-i6
